Client Relationships are key

The foundation of Integra Consulting lies in the trusting relationships developed with clients. Integra aims to understand their business, where it is heading and the challenges faced. Serving as a sounding-board and sharing experience are naturally offered in exchange.

Each client has a unique combination of style, motivations and strengths. Integra's approach to every assignment is therefore personalised to reflect this.

Contracting Process

With every new assignment, Integra is keen to explore client requirements. This usually involves preliminary meetings, particularly for coaching so the client can gauge his rapport with the coach.

No assignment is started without prior agreement on scope, timescales and fees. There will also be an agreed basis for measuring successful accomplishment.
